Team PaglaumThe newly elected Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) in Barangay Malaunay, called Team Paglaum, is a group of eight dedicated members. They are led by one Chairman and seven SK Kagawad members who are committed to representing the interests and aspirations of the local youth community. The team won the election on October 30, 2023, and they are now ready to take on the challenge of local governance.Team Paglaum is passionate about advocating for the unique needs and concerns of the youth in Barangay Malaunay. They aim to bring about meaningful change and create opportunities for the youth. With fresh ideas, enthusiasm, and a strong mandate from the community, they are well-equipped to make a positive impact on the local community.Overall, Team Paglaum is poised to make a valuable contribution to the youth in Barangay Malaunay. Their dedication and commitment to local governance are inspiring, and we look forward to seeing the positive changes they will make in the future.

Our commitment is to empower, guide, and support the aspirations of our youth as they navigate the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. As leaders, we strive to create a nurturing environment where their voices are heard, their needs are addressed, and their dreams are encouraged. We champion their causes, provide educational support, promote health and well-being, and foster community and belonging. - Providing free school supplies for elementary and high school students.
- Offering cash assistance for college-level students.
- Conducting tutorials and offering free printing services.
- Organizing catechism classes to promote values and spiritual growth.Environment/Green Brigade:
- Raising environmental awareness through orientations.
- Promoting proper waste management practices.
- Conducting disaster risk management drills.
- Organizing regular clean-up drives and tree planting/growing activities.
- Encouraging creativity with parol (lantern) making contests from recycled materials.
- Caring for stray animals through feeding initiatives.Sports and Recreation:
- Offering free sports equipment and training.
- Hosting sports tournaments and activities, including e-sports.Health:
- Distributing free vitamins.
